Reveloom Raises $6.5M Seed Round Led by NEC X

Reveloom Closes $6.5M Seed Round to Power Enterprise Blockchain Infrastructure

We are thrilled to announce that Reveloom has raised $6.5 million in seed funding in a round led by NEC X, the Silicon Valley-based corporate venture arm of NEC Corporation. This milestone marks a significant turning point for Reveloom and for the broader enterprise blockchain space. The capital will allow us to dramatically accelerate product development, expand our engineering and go-to-market teams, and forge the strategic partnerships necessary to bring institutional-grade Web3 infrastructure to market at scale.

Blockchain technology has matured considerably over the past several years. What was once a niche experiment among cryptographers and open-source developers has become a serious operational consideration for Fortune 500 companies, global financial institutions, and government agencies. Yet despite this growing appetite, enterprises have consistently struggled to bridge the gap between the promise of decentralized systems and the practical demands of production deployments. That gap is exactly where Reveloom lives.

The Problem Reveloom Is Solving

Enterprise blockchain adoption has been stalled not by a lack of interest but by a lack of adequate infrastructure. When organizations attempt to deploy Web3 applications in production environments, they encounter a fragmented landscape of tools that were designed primarily for individual developers or crypto-native projects — not for the compliance-heavy, high-availability, and security-first world of the enterprise.

The challenges are well documented. Organizations need:

  • Scalable node infrastructure that can handle enterprise-grade transaction volumes without performance degradation
  • Multi-chain abstraction layers that reduce the complexity of managing deployments across Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, and private chains simultaneously
  • Integrated compliance tooling including transaction monitoring, KYC/AML hooks, and audit trail generation
  • Developer experience that meets the standards enterprise engineering teams expect — robust SDKs, comprehensive documentation, and reliable SLAs
  • Security architecture designed for the threat model of a large organization rather than a solo developer

Reveloom was built from the ground up to address all of these requirements through a single, cohesive platform. Our infrastructure stack removes the need for enterprises to assemble a patchwork of third-party tools and services, replacing it with an integrated platform that handles the hard parts of blockchain deployment so teams can focus on building great products.

Why NEC X Invested in Reveloom

NEC X's decision to lead this round reflects both a strategic thesis and a conviction in Reveloom's team and technology. NEC Corporation has deep roots in enterprise technology infrastructure, with decades of experience building the systems that power critical business operations for some of the world's largest organizations. NEC X was established to identify and invest in startups that align with NEC's long-term vision of a more connected, intelligent, and secure digital world — and enterprise blockchain infrastructure fits squarely within that vision.

The strategic alignment between Reveloom and NEC X goes beyond financial support. NEC X brings access to a global network of enterprise customers across industries including telecommunications, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and financial services. These are exactly the verticals where blockchain infrastructure can deliver the most transformative value, and where Reveloom's platform is designed to excel. The relationship creates a pathway for Reveloom to reach enterprise decision-makers at a scale that would be extremely difficult to achieve through traditional go-to-market channels alone.

NEC X's portfolio philosophy emphasizes backing companies that are solving real infrastructure problems for large organizations — not speculative or consumer-facing plays. Reveloom's focus on enterprise-grade infrastructure, compliance integration, and developer productivity is precisely the kind of substance that resonates with NEC X's investment criteria.

A Message from CEO Sheldon Weiss

"This funding represents more than capital — it represents validation that the enterprise blockchain market is ready for what we have built. For too long, the infrastructure layer for Web3 has been an afterthought, cobbled together from tools designed for a different use case entirely. Reveloom changes that. We are building the foundational platform that enterprises need to deploy blockchain applications with the same confidence and operational rigor they expect from any other critical technology investment. With NEC X as our lead investor and strategic partner, we are now positioned to move quickly and deliver that platform to the organizations that need it most."

— Sheldon Weiss, CEO, Reveloom

How the Funding Will Be Used

Product Development

The largest portion of the seed funding will be directed toward accelerating our core product roadmap. Reveloom's platform is already deployed with a select group of design partners, and the feedback from these early deployments has been invaluable in shaping our priorities. Near-term investments will focus on:

  • Expanding multi-chain support to include additional EVM-compatible networks and Cosmos-based chains
  • Deepening our compliance infrastructure with automated reporting, real-time transaction screening, and configurable policy engines
  • Building out our smart contract deployment and management tooling with enhanced version control, upgradeability patterns, and automated auditing integrations
  • Launching a managed node service offering that provides enterprise-grade SLAs for RPC access across all supported networks
  • Releasing a developer portal with comprehensive documentation, interactive API explorers, and a growing library of enterprise-ready contract templates

Team Growth

Building great infrastructure requires great people. We are actively hiring across engineering, product, sales, and customer success. Our target hires include senior distributed systems engineers with experience in consensus protocols and high-throughput transaction processing, enterprise sales professionals who understand the long sales cycles and stakeholder dynamics of large organizations, and solutions architects who can work closely with customers to design and implement complex deployments. Reveloom is building a team that combines deep technical expertise with genuine empathy for the enterprise customer experience.

Enterprise Partnerships

The third major focus area for this funding is developing the partnership ecosystem that will accelerate Reveloom's market reach. Beyond our relationship with NEC X, we are actively building partnerships with leading systems integrators, consulting firms, and cloud providers who work closely with the enterprise organizations that represent our target customer base. These partnerships will create both referral channels and co-sell opportunities that multiply the effectiveness of our direct sales efforts. We are also establishing a formal technology partnership program for the developers and solution providers building on top of the Reveloom platform.

The Market Opportunity

The market for enterprise blockchain infrastructure is enormous and still in its early stages. Research from multiple industry analysts projects the enterprise blockchain market to grow to well over $100 billion by the end of the decade. What is more important than the headline numbers is the quality of the demand signal. We are seeing serious, budgeted interest from organizations across financial services, supply chain, healthcare, government, and media. These are not exploratory conversations — they are procurement discussions with real timelines and meaningful contract values.

The competitive landscape in enterprise blockchain infrastructure is fragmented. There are point solutions that address individual components of the stack — node providers, analytics platforms, bridge protocols — but no company has yet delivered a truly integrated platform designed end-to-end for enterprise requirements. That is the gap Reveloom is built to fill, and this funding round gives us the resources to establish market leadership before that window closes.

Looking Ahead: The Future of Web3 Infrastructure

We are at an inflection point in the maturation of blockchain technology. The infrastructure gaps that have prevented large-scale enterprise adoption are now being systematically addressed — by teams like Reveloom, by improving developer tooling, and by the gradual crystallization of regulatory frameworks that give enterprises the legal clarity they need to move forward.

Over the next 18 months, we expect to see the first wave of truly transformative enterprise blockchain deployments go live — applications that move beyond pilots and proofs of concept to become core components of business operations. Reveloom's mission is to be the infrastructure platform that makes those deployments possible: reliable, compliant, scalable, and genuinely easy to build on.

We are grateful to NEC X for their trust and partnership, to our early customers and design partners for their invaluable feedback, and to our team for their extraordinary work in getting us to this milestone. The real work starts now, and we cannot wait to show the world what Reveloom is building.
